Mystery Tees Reminder

Just a reminder that tonight is the deadline to register for our last Sunday event Mystery Tees. It will be a 10am shotgun start this coming Sunday.
A few other reminders...
The deadline for 19-man and 10-man shootout qualification is next Thursday (Oct 13) with the shootouts taking place on Saturday October 15th. You must pay your fee and let the pro shop know which event you are trying for prior to your 18 hole round.
The Fall Banquet will be on Friday October 14th and Northern 19 with a happy hour at 5:30 and the banquet starting at 6:30. Appetizers and one drink ticket will be provided. Please reply to the earlier invite Mike sent out if you are planning on attending.
All chits won during this year will be carrying over for the 2023 season.

Calcutta Reminder

Just a reminder that the deadline for registration is this Thursday night (July 28th). The Auction will be on Friday at Northern 19 and will have a cocktail hour at 5:30 and bidding starting at 6:30. Please bring cash or checks if you plan on bidding at the auction!
The Calcutta will be a 9am shotgun start on Sunday the 31st. Please be there early for this event! You can buy back up to half the amount your team went for but it must be done prior to the start of the event. Please bring cash if you are planning on buying back your team. Keep in mind that in this event there will be extra holes in the case of ties. Any playoffs will begin 15 minutes after the last scores come in. Any teams not present at that time will be considered to have forfeited.
If you are around on Thursday we are still looking to have some people stop out after 5pm to help with some landscaping rock on the first tee box. Please let the Pro Shop know if you can help.
July Event

Just a reminder that we have our July event, the Calcutta, coming up a week from this Sunday. We have a limited number of carts for this event... only the first 40 teams that request a cart will get one. Contact the Pro Shop to request a cart. Deadline for registration is Thursday night (July 28th). This is a hard cutoff because Mike has to get everything put together Friday morning in preparation for the Auction later that day on the 29th. The Auction will have a cocktail hour at 5:30 and bidding starting at 6:30. Please bring cash or checks if you plan on bidding at the auction!

May Event

Our first monthly event, the Red White and Blue, is coming up on May 22 with a 9am shotgun start. This will have 3 man teams put together by the pro shop with each player teeing off from a different tee box in a scramble. Deadline to register is Thursday night May 19th. Normally we would send out the registrations through email but for the first event all registration will need to be done in person at the Pro Shop or over the phone. Please let them know early if you want to have a cart! Plan to arrive at the course by 8:30 to have time to check in at the Pro Shop and the registration desk.
Weekly events will start on Wednesday May 18. Please remember to have a first and last name on the scorecards for any person that bought into the weekly event.
Match play and four-ball brackets will be posted in the Pro Shop on June 1st. Deadline to be signed up and paid is May 28.
19-man and 10-man shootout qualifying will begin July 1. Cost per try is $5.
Five 18 hole rounds (complete or 9 hole combined) will be required to establish a handicap prior to the Calcutta event on July 31. This is the only event that has this requirement. You must also be a paid member by July 1 to play in this event.
